While we
recommend making your reservations as far ahead of time as possible,
often we have weeks that remain unused so don’t forget to check for
availability, even if “last minute”!
You will be
required to send a deposit to hold your reservation. Depending upon
the time booked, you will be required to pay one-half or all of your
rental rate, plus 10% taxes. Normal cleaning upon your departure is
included.
